This Bourbon Rojo is processed using osmotic dehydration with fresh watermelon — fermented with watermelon, washed, and dried under UV light. The result is a cup unlike anything you've tasted: layers of tropical fruit and chocolate with an unmistakable silky texture.
Tropical fruits, cinnamon, flowers, and chocolate. Juicy citric acidity reminiscent of blueberry. Silky mouthfeel with a lingering finish of hazelnut cream and watermelon.
Pour-over recommended at 192°F. Weigh your beans. Take your time.
