Wush Wush is an exotic, highly prized Arabica originating in Ethiopia, named after a small community in the country's southwest. In the cup it shows a complex combination of fruit, floral, and sweet notes — cherry, plum, mango, guava, and strawberry, with nuances of vanilla, chocolate, or blueberry. This lot is grown at Finca La Linda in Buenavista, Quindío, and processed at Finca La Sirena using a natural process that dries the cherry whole, intensifying sweetness, widening body, and drawing out a more fruit-forward, enveloping cup.
Tasting Notes
Purple fruits, roses, and maple honey. Citric acidity with agraz (unripe grape) and wild blackberry. Creamy mouthfeel with a persistent finish of black tea and spices.
