Direct and fair trade · Zero pesticides · Regenerative farming

Cundinamarca, Santander & Huila

Macizo

Macizo sources single-origin micro-lots from independent highland farmers across three Colombian departments. Each bag traces back to a specific farm, altitude, and variety — not a region-wide blend.

Five lots make up the Macizo collection: a washed organic Gesha from Anolaima, a natural Pacamara and Java blend from La Victoria, a washed Pink Bourbon from Anolaima, a classic Cundinamarca washed blend, and a traditional washed Castillo from Oiba, Santander.

Macizo

Highland Colombia, farmer by farmer

Macizo works directly with smallholder farmers in the Colombian highlands — farms that sit between 1,350 and 1,750 meters above sea level across Cundinamarca, Santander, and Huila. The coffees are farmed organically with zero pesticides, using regenerative principles that include companion planting with bananas and native shade trees.

Rather than producing a single blend, Macizo keeps each farm's coffee separate. The result is a collection that lets you taste the difference between regions, altitudes, and varieties — from delicate Gesha florals to the winey complexity of a natural Pacamara.
